This lack of action to combat the Zerg on the confederacy's part frustrated many who dwelled on the frontier worlds. As had been the policy of the confederacy, the colony was to prepare to evac due to the growing Zerg presence. This left the colonial militia solely in command of Mar Sara's magistrate.
